On this week's "Get Loud" podcast, former linebacker London Fletcher joined Fred Smoot and Michael Jenkins to discuss how the Washington Commanders can bring home a win over the Atlanta Falcons.

"If I'm [defensive coordinator Joe] Whitt, I don't play a lot of man [coverage] against them because they have individual players that excel at beating you," Smoot said. "I want to muddy it up with [Falcons quarterback Michael] Penix. Every time he hikes the ball, I want him to look at something different. If you show him enough, he'll start to throw me the ball."

Penix Jr. was replaced in the fourth quarter of last week's game after throwing two interceptions. He has a 58.6 completion percentage and one touchdown so far this season.
