TAMPA, Fla. − Eagles right guard Tyler Steen left the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the second quarter with an undisclosed injury.

Steen was down on the ground, then got up and walked off the field slowly and into the medical tent.

Steen had won the starting job early in training camp, and had played well through the first three games of the season.

Earlier in the game, Eagles edge rusher Ogbo Okoronkwo left the game with a triceps injury and was ruled out.

The Eagles were already short at edge rusher as Nolan Smith went on IR with the same injury.
