DETROIT — Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman left Sunday’s game in the first half against Detroit and was ruled out with a hamstring injury.

He was targeted twice in the game and had one catch for 6 yards.

He was also involved in an early interception by quarterback Joe Flacco with 1:55 remaining in the first quarter. It appeared Flacco expected Tillman to run a deeper route while Tillman was fighting off a defender and coming back to the ball.
