New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers suffered what appeared to be a significant knee injury in Week 4 against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Nabers was seen holding his right knee after a play in the second quarter of Sunday's contest against the Chargers. The Giants star wide receiver was carted off the field after what looked to be a non-contact knee injury.

A former star wide receiver at LSU, Nabers jumped in the air attempting to catch a pass from Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart, and he appeared to hurt his right knee while jumping for the ball.

Some speculated that MetlLife Stadium's artificial turf could be to blame for Nabers' injury. Jared Smith on X said, "the god awful turf at MetLife just claimed another victim."
