OMAHA, Neb. —
Omaha police confirmed that Terence “Bud” Crawford was pulled over and cited for reckless driving early Sunday morning.
Omaha celebrated Crawford's boxing championship with a parade on Saturday.
A police statement said officers noticed a car driving recklessly at about 1:30 a.m. near 12 th Street and Capitol Ave. in downtown Omaha.
While speaking with the driver, later identified as Crawford, a statement said an officer noticed a gun on the driver’s side floorboard, then ordered all occupants out at gunpoint.
A member of Crawford’s security team also had a firearm, police said. Officers confirmed all four people in the car are legally permitted to carry firearms.
