India defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets on Sunday (September 28) to win the Asia Cup title for the record-extending ninth time. In the title-decider played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, India bowled Pakistan out for 146 runs in 19.1 overs after inviting them to bat first. Kuldeep Yadav picked up four wickets for 30 runs in four overs, and two Pakistani batters each were sent back to the pavilion by Jasprit Bumrah, Axar Patel and Varun Chakaravarthy.
