Investigators released images of four people seen at the scene: two unknown Black males, two unknown Black females.

The heavy-set male is the suspected perpetrator, NOPD says. They said the other three are considered persons of interest and was seen with him at the time of the shooting.

Police said the shooting happened Sunday in the 200 block of Bourbon Street around 2:22 a.m. when officers responded to shots fired in the area. When they arrived they found three victims with gunshot wounds: two women and one man.

One woman was pronounced dead at the scene. NOPD said the other victims were taken to a nearby hospital.
