TUALATIN Ore. (KPTV) - Authorities recovered a body from the Tualatin River near a Tualatin park on Sunday afternoon, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.

Around 2 p.m., a caller told 911 that a body had been found floating in the Tualatin River by people paddleboarding near Brown’s Ferry Park, outside of Tualatin.

Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the river, including the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, the Tualatin Police Department, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Members of the Clackamas County Water Rescue Consortium and the sheriff’s office dive team were able to quickly recover the body.
