It took until the final day of the season, but all 12 playoff teams are set.

The Cincinnati Reds clinched the final National League wild-card spot after a loss from the New York Mets, who will miss the post-season despite dressing the second-highest payroll in MLB.

The wild-card series matchups were finalized after the Cleveland Guardians clinched the AL Central and the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Tampa Bay Rays to win their first AL East title since 2015.

Wild-card teams will have little time to rest and prepare, as the first games of the best-of-three series begin on Tuesday, Sept. 30. All games can be seen live on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+.

With the matchups set, here’s a look at how the 12 playoff clubs are lined up for October.
