The Jaxson Dart era in New York is officially underway, and things couldn't have gotten off to a better start the Giants knocked off the previously undefeated Los Angeles Chargers, 21-18.
Fans have been clamoring for Dart to be the guy in New York, and Brian Daboll decided to make the move after the Giants loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3.
He delivered in convincing fashion, as he looked like the veteran while Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert looked like the rookie at times.
Herbert finished 23-of-41 for 203 yards and one touchdown, but threw two interceptions that led to 11 Giants points.
While Dart didn't put up huge statistics, he did what every team asks their quarterback to do; win. He was 13-of-20 for 111 yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for another 54 yards
