CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The deadly shooting in the Flats on W. 11th happened at closing time near Punch Bowl Social early Sunday morning just weeks after 6 people were shot outside of the Play Bar lounge.

Those visiting the bars and restaurants Sunday afternoon were shocked and feel repeated shootings could ultimately impact the businesses there.

“Obviously, I would think because people are going to get more nervous. Every time something stupid like this happens it takes a step back,” said Steve from Willowick.

One woman from the suburbs visiting the Flats told 19 News, “Now we just come during the day, because you just hear of too many things happening down here. I feel like it’s not good or safe to be around in the evening.”
