For some, the problem is not being able to concentrate and for others it may be habitually being late for classes.
But for Doren H. Wagar, a University of North Dakota senior, it’s that he really can’t sit down nor can he really stand up.
He’s had the problem since June 19 when he underwent an operation at a local hospital to fuse his hip and leg in an immovable position. The 26-year-old Gilby native had a congenital hip that, as the end “ball” of the leg which fits into the hip socket had a knob on it.
