Patna, Sep 29: Congress on Monday criticised Union Home Minister Amit Shah for his call to secure over 160 seats for the NDA in Bihar, alleging that the BJP is banking on “VC (vote chori) plus VR (vote revdi)” to achieve the target.

In a post on X, Congress general secretary (communications) Jairam Ramesh said, “In education, VC stands for Vice Chancellor; in start-ups, VC is Venture Capital; in the military, VC is Vir Chakra. But now, a new VC is defining politics — vote chori. And the sutradhar has already unveiled the target for VC in Bihar.”
