Voter Registration Drive held at Lansing Community College Downtown Campus

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)-- Starting today, Lansing Community College is hosting a voter registration drive at the Downtown Campus through October 1.

Event officials say the goal is to prepare residents for the upcoming Lansing General Election by providing voter registration services and information.

The Lansing City Clerk`s office will offer absentee ballot applications and information on voting at home, early voting, and online voter registration.

The event will also provide pre-voter registration for 16 and 17-year-olds.

The event takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., outside the Arts & Sciences Building.
