Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 29 (Maxim News); The Election Commission of India (ECI) appointed central observers to monitor the by-elections to be held in the Jubilee Hills assembly constitutency in Telangana . The commission announced that a total of 470 senior officials have been appointed for the Bihar Assembly Elections and by-election in eight states across the country.

The commission explained that 320 of these observers are IAS, 60 IPS, and 90 from IRS, IRAS, ICAS etc. They will monitor the election process with the aim of ensuring fairness, transparency and credibility.
