The party is always on in South Beach. For the first time in the 2025 NFL season, the Miami Dolphins or New York Jets will have a reason to celebrate.
Both clubs enter Week 4 with an 0-3 record and someone is bound to finally get a win – although the tie is still a possibility. It's the first of two on the final day of Week 4 as we get our second "Monday Night Football" doubleheader of the season.
All the action kicks off in Miami when these two AFC East rivals meet under the lights.
Mike McDaniel's Dolphins battled against the mighty Buffalo Bills before falling for a third time in as many games. The expectation was that the head coach could be headed for the unemployment line with a bad loss, but his squad competed enough to spare his job for now.
While the Dolphins' falloff has plenty wondering what happened, that isn't the case for the upstart Jets.
Aaron Glenn's team has been hot and cold in the early going, but an increasingly frustrated fanbase is desperate for a win. After two heartbreaking losses to the Steelers and Buccaneers, conventional wisdom suggests that Glenn is in a good spot for his first win against a struggling opponent.
This is the Jets, however, and nothing ever comes easy. Someone is set to wake up in the AFC East basement on Tuesday morning, while the other will see a glimmer of light.
