President Trump has responded to Rory McIlroy and his European teammates playfully taunting him after securing a win at the 45th Ryder Cup.

Despite the US team nearly making a comeback on Sunday, Europe emerged victorious in the first win on American soil since 2012.

In celebration of their win, McIlroy and his teammates posted a video playfully taunting the president, chanting, “Are you watching? Are you watching? Are you watching, Donald Trump?” while they held up the trophy. 3

Trump — an avid golfer — responded to the friendly banter by reposting the video of them singing on Truth Social Sunday night.

“Yes, I’m watching. Congratulations!” The president wrote in the caption.
