CITRA, Fla. – Marion County is expanding its commitment to newborn safety with the installation of its second Safe Haven Baby Box, offering parents in crisis another secure option to safely surrender their infants.
The new surrender location will be dedicated during a blessing ceremony at 11 a.m. Monday at Fire Station No. 2 in Citra.
