The assessment of this Bills game was never going to be fair. Not when the Bills were favored by two touchdowns plus. Not when the Saints were coming off a 30 point shellacking in their last game at Seattle. Nothing but decimating every Saint to their soul would have been enough. So probably not a surprise that a 12 point win illicits as much disappointment as delight. Part of the reason is the Bills have set their standard so high. There’s no doubt many parts of this game were not up to that standard.
