Gather’d Market, a new food concept meant to help take the guesswork out of weekly meal preparation will open in October. The meal prep store will take over space next door to Superica on Roswell Road.
Founded by Emory MBA graduate Antoinette Rosenberg, Gather’d will sell a wide-range of small-batch sauces, fully-cooked proteins, and prepared sides that can be mixed and matched into more than 75 different dinner combinations.
Customers choose a menu, collect the ready-to-assemble items from Gather’d, and follow the recipe to prepare at home. Among the meal options are hearty grain bowls such as a steak grain bowl tossed with beans, corn, and sweet potatoes, family-sized casseroles, and fresh salads.
