The driver who allegedly hit a pedestrian in the Bally’s Hotel parking garage Saturday afternoon has been arrested.

The victim told officers she was walking from the casino when she was hit from behind.

As the SUV was dragging her, she yelled at the driver to stop.

He stopped, then left the scene, leaving the woman on the ground.

51-year-old Matthew Stallings is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with serious bodily injury and two drunk driving charges.

The victim has several serious injuries, including a shattered pelvis and broken bones in her arms and legs.
