Fenerbahce Beko officially sidelined Arturs Zagars on Monday.

Due to a groin injury in Round 1 of the Turkiye Sigorta Basketbol Super Ligi Regular Season , the 25-year-old Latvian point guard is out indefinitely. Medical tests at Istanbul’s Medicana Ataşehir Hastanesi revealed a stage 2 muscle injury.

The team coached by Sarunas Jasikevicius started the 2025-26 journey by defeating Besiktas Gain in a clash for the Presidential Cup on Wednesday and fell to Tofas in the opening round of the Turkish League.
