Cops say 35-year-old DoorDash driver Luis Cruz-Burgos is charged with first-degree reckless homicide in the death of Robinson, 32.

The former OHL player was on an annual golf trip with family members in Sheboygan Falls, north of Milwaukee and on the western shore of Lake Michigan, when tragedy struck.

Robinson, originally from Stouffville, became a new father in August, and hours before he was slain, he made his first hole-in-one.
