PHOENIX (AZFamily) — September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, aiming to promote healing and normalize seeking help.

That’s why it was Something Good when Carlisle Companies made a $1.5 million pledge to help expand Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s suicide prevention program.

The hospital will now build on its successful pilot phase. The new funds will help strengthen efforts and identify support for youth at risk of suicide.

Carlisle’s initial investment launched the hospital’s suicide prevention program in 2023. Since being created, the program screened over 100,000 patients, showing strong results.
