SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saved from demolition and rejuvenated, a 19th century home in Saratoga Springs has been sold by the organization that salvaged the once-endangered building.

“I can’t believe it. There were times when I thought that it would be lost,” said Samantha Bosshart, executive director of the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation. The building at 65 Phila St. was sold for $550,000.
