KINGSTON, N.Y. — The Culinary Institute of America will be offering four types of free soup in the parking lot of People’s Place, 17 St. James St., between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29

CIA students will prepare four types of autumn soups, the People’s Place said in an announcement. Recipes for these soups will also be available as well as the opportunity for visitors to chat with the students and learn how they prepared the soups.

The students are enrolled in the Farm to Table, Hudson Valley Concentration that is offered each Fall at the CIA Hyde Park Campus.
