The Golden Hawks, who still sit first in the Ontario Junior Hockey League’s East Conference with a record of 7-2-0-0, ran into a hot goaltender Saturday, peppering Anthony Sciere with 42 shots, but couldn’t beat him. Article content Article content

Pickering opened the scoring on the power play 11:52 into the first period when Joshua Brady scored from Joseph Cadorian and Carter Fogarty.

After a scoreless second period, the Panthers made it 2-0 at 14:40 of the third period when Landen Stevens connected from Ryder Dagenais and Brady. Fogarty then scored from Cadorian at 16:18, before Cadorian scored an empty net marker from Tyler Bruce and Colt
