After communal tension in Patelnagar, police carried out a flag march in sensitive areas of the locality to maintain law and order. During the march, people were urged to maintain peace and were warned of strict action against those attempting to disturb communal harmony.

The incident began on Monday when a screenshot circulated on social media showed an objectionable comment made by a person about the prophet of the Muslim community.
