A new crew has rolled into the coast, transforming the Port Elliot Surf Life Saving club, bringing with them a fresh new vibe and a whole lot of love. Blended Kitchen is born from generations of hospitality experience, and is ready to breathe new life into its new home.

Owner Trent Weber has been a chef for 24 years, with his family in the industry his whole life.

“My parents used to run The Gabba in Brisbane back in the day and did that for over 20 years on the Goldie. They also had two massive restaurants in Surfers Paradise and ran a racecourse as well, which was Border Park Racecourse,” shared Trent.
