A man has been arrested for allegedly engaging in lewd behavior inside of a Hobby Lobby in East Haven on Tuesday, police said.

The police department said they received a complaint of a man that appeared to be following women around the store and masturbating underneath his clothing.

Authorities reviewed video footage and confirmed what had happened. The store is located on E. Frontage Road.

A New Haven man in his 30s was located at work in the same shopping plaza and was taken into custody.

He's being held on a $75,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
