Are Buccaneers still top team in latest power rankings after Eagles defeat?

Entering Week 4, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had the chance to prove to the NFL world that they belong in the Super Bowl conversation, and after the 31-25 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles , given the nature of the game, we aren't sure if Tampa's stock is up or down.

The first half wasn't good, with the Eagles leading 24-6 at halftime, but in the second half, Tampa came roaring back to be within six points and had a shot at going for the win in the fourth quarter, but fell short.
