EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- William Beaumont Army Medical Center said it will be open on Wednesday, Oct. 1 if there is a government shutdown.
The Army hospital said it will be open for all scheduled appointments and procedures on Oct. 1.
The emergency room, labor and delivery, inpatient hospital operations and all ancillary services, such as pharmacy, laboratory and radiology will also continue normal operations.
"Your health and well-being remain our highest priority. We'll keep you informed with updates as they become available," the hospital said in a statement.
