KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) has issued a Silver Alert for a missing elderly couple.

KCPD said Jacqueline and Francis Jackson left home in the area of West 75th Street and Ward Parkway at an unknown time on Monday and have not returned.

Their vehicle is described as a black 2013 Ford Flex with Missouri license plate VD6X9C that was last seen at Independence Boulevard and The Paseo on Tuesday just before 7 a.m.

Jacqueline is 72, stands 5'1" and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown and gray hair, brown eyes and is wearing black sweatpants.

Francis is 76, stands 6'3" and weighs 220 pounds. He has gray hair, brown eyes and is wearing black sweatpants. He also has an earring on his left ear.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol they have been diagnosed
