PROVO, Utah – The initial player availability report for BYU football against West Virginia was released on Tuesday night.
With the matchup between the Cougars and Mountaineers scheduled for a Friday, the first report, mandated by the Big 12 Conference, was released a day earlier.
There will be daily reports on Wednesday, Thursday, and then 90 minutes before kickoff on Friday night.

BYU’s initial report didn’t contain many surprises. The players listed in the ‘OUT’ category were all out for last week’s Big 12 opener against Colorado, which includes running back Sione Moa.
BYU starting right guard Austin Leausa was listed as questionable. Leausa left the win against Colorado early and was in a sling as BYU celebrated its 24-21 victory
