Australian F1 Academy driver Aiva Anagnostiadis has been ruled out of round six of the all-female series in Singapore after undergoing surgery on a broken foot.

The 18-year-old is also now in doubt for the season finale in Las Vegas next month as she focuses on her recovery.

In a social media post last week, Anagnostiadis revealed she had suffered a fractured left foot in a training mishap and would miss the Singapore Grand Prix. Advertisement

In a separate post days later, Anagnostiadis confirmed she would undergo surgery on Tuesday before starting her rehab journey.
