Tonight the Hawthorne City Council held a special city council meeting to discuss one closed session item related to 3136 W. Rosecrans Ave. After they came out of closed session, City Attorney Robert Kim announced he would be submitting his resignation because the council unanimously voted to move forward with the transaction without an extension.
