Fort McMurray resident KC Hutchins is putting her name forward for council after years of advocacy work in the community. She was one of several local voices pushing for a backyard hen project, which council passed in 2023 after a pilot program. Hutchins has her own pet care business for people who work long hours or travel. She helps pets from tiny hamsters all the way to horses. Article content
