The BSE and National Stock Exchange (NSE) will remain closed on Wednesday, October 2,, in observance of Gandhi Jayanti. On this day, there will be no trading in any segment, including equity, derivatives, or securities lending and borrowing (SLB).
Investors and traders are advised to plan their activities accordingly, as normal trading will resume on Friday, October 3.
Alongside equity and derivative segments, trading in currency and interest rate derivatives will also be paused for the day.
