The U.S. government is sounding the alarm on the most recent hurricane threats, Humberto and Imelda. Last month, Hawaii declared a state of emergency over the threat of Hurricane Kiko .
Now, a new threat has emerged with Humberto and Imelda. There were previous concerns that the two storms might merge into one, a phenomenon known as the "Fujiwhara Effect." Currently, Bermuda is facing the threat of both hurricanes.
The island dealt with Humberto, and now faces the risk of Imelda's presence on Wednesday, October 1. The U.S. government has issued several recommendations for those who will be impacted.
