Award-winning The Salt Path producer Elizabeth Karlsen has been announced as president of the Official Competition jury at the upcoming 69th edition of the BFI London Film Festival which kicks off next week.

The co-founder of Number 9 Films’ myriad of other critically acclaimed credits also includes The Crying Game , Carol , Made in Dagenham, Little Voice, Colette, and Mothering Sunday .

She will be joined by Pulitzer Prize-winning film critic Justin Chang and director Kahlil Joseph, whose debut feature BLKNWS: Terms & Conditions has been traveling festivals this year.
