Study shows ginger can significantly reduce LDL cholesterol, inflammation, and heart disease risk

According to a study published in the National Library of Medicine , participants who consumed about three grams of ginger powder daily for 45 days experienced a remarkable reduction in LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglyceride levels. A follow-up trial also showed significant improvements in the lipid profiles of individuals struggling with cholesterol-related issues.
