Keith Urban’s big little lyric change is going viral after his and Nicole Kidman’s split .
Prior to the country singer’s divorce from his wife of 19 years, Urban performed “The Fighter” — which was inspired by his and Kidman’s early days together .
However, the Grammy winner, 57, recently tweaked one of the lines to reference his utility player, Maggie Baugh, during a show.
Instead of singing, “When they’re tryna get to you, baby I’ll be the fighter,” Urban changed it to, “When they’re tryna get to you, Maggie I’ll be your guitar player.”
Notably, the musician told fans in 2017 that he wrote the song “very quick[ly]” because he “literally just thought about Nic … and [their] relationship at the beginning and some of the things [they’d] said.”
