A fresh controversy has erupted in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, after posters bearing the slogans “I Love Mahadev" and “I Love Yogi Ji" appeared in response to earlier “I Love Muhammad" posters that had sparked protests.
Religious posters trigger tension
The poster war follows incidents in Muradnagar and Modinagar, where displays of religious messages in public spaces created tension. On Saturday, residents of Maliknagar Colony in Muradnagar spotted posters with the message “I Love Muhammad" displayed on a house railing.
