Nicholson said she is fostering Skittles after the pup got too stressed out at the shelter.

Skittles is around two or three years old and came to the Humane Society of Scott County as a stray in June.

Nicholson said Skittles is completely housebroke, crate-trained and is very human-friendly. She also doesn’t chew or destroy things.

She also has a lot of energy, but Nicholson said she calms down after getting her energy out for 15 minutes.
