MURPHYSBORO, Ill. (WSIL) -- Spero Family Services, in partnership with the Regional Office of Education 30, celebrated the reopening of their campus with a ribbon-cutting event on Tuesday, September 30.

The event at the Spero campus in Murphysboro highlighted new services aimed at supporting children and families in Southern Illinois.

“This reopening is more than just unlocking doors—it’s a renewed commitment to empowering individuals, supporting families, and building a stronger community,” said Tunezia Badger, development coordinator at Spero Family Services.

The celebration included guided tours and opportunities for community members to connect with staff, partners, and local leaders.
