The Washington Examiner exclusively obtained Defending Education’s civil rights complaint filed with the Department of Education against New Mexico ‘s largest school district for discriminating against and endangering female minors. The complaint emphasizes the federal government ‘s urgency to intervene against Albuquerque Public Schools to ensure the protection of the young females bound by fear from the dangers of being forced to share personal spaces with biological males.

The school district has “done violence to the spirit, letter, and history of Title IX,” Sarah Parshall Perry, vice president and legal fellow at Defending Education, told the Washington Examiner.
