OSAKIS — The Osakis girls tennis team completed one final tune-up dual before the start of the Section 6A tournaments.

The Silverstreaks swept visiting Sauk Centre in the teams’ dual 7-0 on Monday, Sept. 29, as the same teams will face each other in the section team playoffs at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2 at Osakis Public School.

Osakis won all seven matches in straight sets, with Bella Weisser and Ava Drevlow only dropping one game to the team of Samantha Gregory and Jenna Riley at No. 1 doubles, winning the match 6-0, 6-1. Lexy Marthaler and Erika Baker took down Gayle Weber and Alexis Clark at No. 3 doubles 6-2, 6-0.

In singles play, Leah Maddock cruised by Anna Banegas without dropping a game, winning 6-0, 6-0 at Flight 1, the same result that Alexis Bruder posted at Flight 4 to take
