ALEXANDRIA, VA – The Alexandria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Fecre Desta, 62 , who was reported missing yesterday.

Police say Mr. Desta is non-communicative and has additional health concerns , raising heightened concern for his safety.

He was last seen at 9:28 a.m. this morning at the Pentagon Bus Terminal in Arlington, Virginia.
