The Cleveland Browns have made yet another change at quarterback . The team is officially benching Joe Flacco in favor of Dillon Gabriel. The rookie will be the 41st player to start under center for the Browns since 1999, which was the first season that they came back to the NFL after a three-year hiatus.

The Browns' inability to find a franchise signal caller has directly resulted in them being the worst team of the 21st century. They've drafted numerous busts, none of their free agent QB signings or trades have worked, and the team hasn't been able to develop anybody at the position.
