BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services confirmed they responded to a shooting on Staring Lane and Boone Avenue on Wednesday, Oct. 1, in the afternoon.

Officials confirmed one person was transported to the hospital.
